Event organization for over 200 guests
In June, the WORDUP PR team provided organizational support for the 50th anniversary celebration of the German Association of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses (BVMW) at the Munich Künstlerhaus. The event planning in Munich on the day began with two side events and sponsor presentations for over 70 guests. Starting at 6:00 p.m., over 200 guests from politics, business, and society gathered in the ballroom on the first floor and listened to speeches by Bavaria’s Minister of State for Europe, Eric Beißwenger, Munich’s new Economic Affairs Minister, Dr. Christian Scharpf, and BVMW Political Director, Andreas Jahn. In the subsequent panel discussions with small and medium-sized business owners, topics such as innovation and digitalization were discussed. The evening concluded with a flying dinner in the courtyard of the Munich Künstlerhaus, with musical accompaniment by violinist and DJ Beatrix Löw-Beer. The WORDUP team’s services included:
- Event planning, including location selection, room concept, and supporting program
- Catering planning and commissioning for side events and the evening reception
- Complete contract and invoice management
- Booking of speakers
- Technical design and coordination with the organizer
- Creation of the detailed schedule for the event day and team allocation
- Stocking, transport, and provision of 250 goodie bags containing content from a total of seven sponsors
- Complete social media support with a total of over 20 slides, some of which were also used during the event
- Support for photo documentation and event video production
The responsible WORDUP PR organizing team (Johanna, Achim, Luca, and Malina) wishes “Happy Birthday, BVMW”!
