European Patent Office
The European Patent Office (EPO) offers inventors a single application procedure through which they can obtain patent protection in up to 40 European states. The office is the executive body of the European Patent Organisation and is supervised by the Administrative Council.
On behalf of the EPO Presidents Dr. h.c. Ingo Kober and Prof. Alain Pompidou, WORDUP PR supported the European Patent Office for over 7 years with press and public relations work for innovation. The focus of the work lay in internal communication, but the “Inventor of the Year” award ceremony and various press and public relations measures as well as event organizations (farewell of EPO President Prof. Alain Pompidou with 250 guests in the Allerheiligen-Hofkirche) were also successfully carried out. In addition, WORDUP PR has advised a large number of other clients in the field of intellectual property, including GEMA, VG WORT, Anaqua and Wurzer & Kollegen.
